“The enjoyment of one’s tools is an essential ingredient of successful work” – Donald Knuth

At Insight Engines, we understand the importance of good tools, and how such tools can improve work and empower people. Creating new applications has the potential to transform not just how work gets done, but also who can do the work. We are looking for someone that can help craft new kinds of tools, that enable people to do things that may have previously been next to impossible.

But enough about us, let’s talk about you. Do you enjoy creating powerful tools and applications that people rely on? How about designing scalable high performance APIs? Have you architected microservices in the cloud? As an integral part of our technology team, you will develop data driven web applications and APIs, integrating our groundbreaking natural language technologies. You’ll develop, deploy and maintain applications in a variety of contexts. You’ll wear many hats, touch many parts of our system, and have a significant impact on our customers.

The kinds of problems you’ll be working on include:

  • Developing secure, high performance web applications
  • Making data more accessible using natural language technologies
  • Building and scaling data driven APIs and microservices
